- Payment Accepted: Your order has been recorded as a payment type.
- Preparation in progress: We take care of your order. The preparation time varies items in your basket (products precisely to order, for example). Please see our opening hours.
- Delivery in-progress: Upon shipment of your order you will receive an email notice to you in this email you will find a link to track the parcel.Please note that in some carriers have to wait for 12pm that the link is active.By clicking on this link you can see where your package, it allows you to assess when it will be presented.
- Pending payment by bank transfer: If you choose this method of payment, we expect receipt of your payment. Allow between 1 day and 1 week depending on your bank and your distance.Upon receipt of your order status will change and you will be advised by email.

- Refunded: Your order has been refunded and it is the case of a canceled order.
