The withdrawal period is fifteen working days from the date of receipt of the items by the CONSUMER. Upon exercise of the right of withdrawal, Motorkit 2 SCRL is required to refund the sums paid by the consumer free of charge (except postage due). Reimbursement is within a maximum of 15 days. In case of withdrawal, the credit agreement related to the sale concluded at a distance is terminated without penalty. Please note : we can only refund shipping costs if th return is a result of our error. If the goods were sent "free shipping", the charge we paid will be deducted from the transaction.
No delivery: In case of non delivery of goods due to repeated failure of the recipient and in case of poor communication address (errors or incomplete), the cost of re-shipment will fall to the recipient.
