We entrust your orders to several carriers depending on destination and weight. We trust services and DPD, UPS, Colissimo and Bpost
A parcel tracking link will always be provided when the shipment of the goods.
The rate of the port of your order will appear automatically when you put an item in your cart.
Tax / VAT is 21% and will be counted and displayed automatically, unless you live outside the EU. In this case the payment of local taxes is up to you, we provide customs documentation with your package.
Merchandise Returns: No returns can be made without our prior contact us first and give priority:

All requests must be accompanied by your name / first name, add the order number and email address will speed up the formalities. In some cases we will ask you a photo of the item / items offending. Following approval of application / return, you are responsible to return the product (s) (s). If there is an error / mistake on our part return costs are paid by us and will be refunded, otherwise such costs are borne by the customer. In case of return justified Motorkit 2 SCRL will refund the order amount excluding shipping (except our error) within 30 days from receipt of the return, or replace the product. You also have the right to cancel your purchase without cause. Provided that the returned merchandise was not used and is in perfect condition, you will not be charged any penalty you. This right of cancellation starts on the day after delivery. However, in this case the shipping cost to and remain at your expense.

For parts and electrical items: They are never returned or exchanged. Discontinued / liquidation / Promotion of the month and other good business: items returned or exchanged.
Incoterm® DAP ou Delivered At Place
If undeliverable:
In case of non delivery of goods due to repeated absences of the recipient and in case of poor communication address (errors or incomplete packages and tracking information of the carrier authentic), the cost of re- Shipping will fall to the recipient.
In this case we propose three solutions:
