We allow returns of NEW products within a statutory period of 15 days. Here is a video showing how to go about it. Note that this procedure is NOT for warranty claims or products that have been used, or for a question about the product: in this case, it is the motorkit after-sales service which should be contacted on this link.
These are the steps for a return:
1- Go into your account – you must of course be logged in. If you have placed your order as a guest please contact after-sales service to create a customer account for you.
2-Click on product withdrawal.
3-Choose the order that contains the item you want to return. If it does not appear please contact after-sales service.
4-Select the article
5-You can give a reason for your return but it is not mandatory
7-Go into your account –> My returns. You will see your return request pending confirmation
8-Wait between 12 and 24 hours (open days).
9-You will receive confirmation of your return request unless it is a mistake: warranty request, order cancellation request etc. This is not the right place to do this, contact after-sales service.
10-Upon receipt of this confirmation you can print the return voucher available as a download in My account –> My returns
11-You can then go to the post office with your return package, with the return voucher printed out and placed in the package. The return shipping costs are your responsibility.
